This is for mainland UK only, Other deliveries outside the Uk will need to enquire for a price.
Our standard delivery costs are £10 per box / Bag unless you spend over £200, these are shipped next day via a courier and can be tracked if an email address is provided when ordering.
We also offer alternative tracked delivery for small bags and single items if you want to cut costs, this may not guarantee the delivery is delivered as fast.
Delivery delays are not our fault once the items have left us. we cannot credit you for these delays.
if for any reason the parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive. please check any tracking details or contact us for further information on what to do.
Returned items will need to be discussed with us prior to sending them. please email - email@example.com to discuss this.
We cannot accept returns on personalised items unless they are faulty / wrong logo. this must be done within 2 working days of receiving items.
If you don't return the items via tracked postage or if arranged collection is missed. the items will not be credited for.
We cannot accept returns on certain items due to hygiene reasons, e.g underwear or water bottles but please contact us if something is incorrect with the order.
Once an item has been washed it cannot be returned. this is because washing instruction may not have been followed. Different washing products e.g softeners or stain removers will effect the prints/embroidery.
if no contact is made once the delivery has been received we will mark the order as complete after 3 days.
Cancelling an order
if for any reason you decide to cancel an order you may be liable to pay shipping / return costs on items if they have been ordered from a supplier.
For most orders you will be able to cancel in the first 24 hours free of charge ( excludes express services ) .
once our production has started on the order it cannot be cancelled.
bespoke products including neck tags are none refundable once ordered.
once an order is place but not cancelled within 24 hours we cannot refund artwork / Setup cost where apply.
if artwork provided is of too poor quality you will be asked to provide a better artwork or this will effect the overall quality of the outcome of the selected service. this will also add onto production turnaround.
artworks maybe be declined if believed to be in breach of copyright. it is the sole purpose of the provider to ensure they are not in breach of copyright.
